SingUp - OPUS is working alongside Youth Music, Derbyshire County Counciland the Derbyshire City and County Music Service  to deliver a two year programme of vocal training to people working with primary age children in the South Normanton and Alfreton, Pinxton and Tibshelf areas.

Hospital Residency - During the Autumn 2009, OPUS will take up a residency at the new Royal Derby Hospital, exploring the impact of music-making on patients with Parkinson's Disease.  Nick (OPUS Co Artistic Director) is currently working alongside the Royal Northern College of Music along with musicians from Poland, Ireland and France to develop a European training programme for musicians working in healthcare settings.  This work will take Nick and his bassoon to hospitals in Paris, Krakow, Dublin and Manchester.
